Question of the Day! 7/31/12
Do you have any bad habits, that you are aware of?
For example: I chew on my inner cheek all the time. It wouldn't be that bad of a habit if it didn't contort and deform my face while I'm doing it.

I crack my knuckles all the time. All of my joints, not just my fingers. Neck, elbows, shoulders, wrists, knees, jaw, etc, etc....

When I chew gum I snap it. I don't even realize I'm doing it. I purposely don't chew gum at work because of it.

I crack any joint that can/will crack.
I do a lot of word association stuff that I know can be annoying...as in, someone can say a particular word and if I know a song lyric or tv/movie line that uses that word, I usually say the line.

I burp without even realizing it. Its actually extremely gross and I'm trying to be conscious of it!
I also crack my knuckles in quiet rooms---very annoying.
Who'd ever want to be with me?

I crack my knuckles and basically anything else that will crack. My mom always yelled at me for cracking my knuckles. She hated it! LOL
