I like Pia Grace best!! I think it sounds really pretty.
Pia Maria is my least favorite because I don't love that it rhymes. JMO

Pia Grace sounds best. Pia Maria rhymes and lends itself to potential teasing from kids in the future.

Aww Padre Pio knows my voice! Family friends are big fans and had a relic of his, a glove. It was very special. His feast day is also my fathers birthday! Anyway, my vote is for Pia Grace, after his truest and most faithful believer!

I like Pia Rose and Pia Grace equally. Pia Maria is just not good due to the rhyming factor!

that is the sweetest thing ever. I've prayed to St. Pio every since a sticker of him showed up "by itself" under my mattress. (I lived alone at the time, so no one could have put it there)
I'm not a fan of "Rose" i think Maria rhymes too much. I LOVE Grace (but i may be biased because if we have a girl this will be her middle name as well)

I LOVE the name Pia. 
I have a few relatives in Italy with that name and always thought it was so beautiful.
