swaddling with rnp
For anyone whose infant sleeps in a rock and play, do you swaddle baby? If so then do you not latch them in? I put my infant in footie pjs but i hear so much how infants love swaddling i dont know what to do. My lo cant sleep flat in a bassinet due to reflux so i no longer swaddle her...

Yes I swaddle her in the rnp but only at night, and I don't buckle her in yet (9 weeks old). During the day she naps in the bassinet (unswaddled) so DD1 can't really bother her.

I used the SwaddleMe and put her in RNP unbuckled. it's very deep and that young, she's not going anywhere. We took her out around 12 weeks, as she was pushing up in it.

swaddling with rnp
He gets swaddled in it and isn't buckled in. I don't know for how much longer though.

I swaddle with the legs out and latch her in :)
Now I'm mostly using the Swaddle Me's so I just don't put her legs into the sack part.

I swaddled just his arms, so I was able to buckle him in. We did that until about 6 months old! Anytime we tried to wean off before that, his arms would flail. At 6 months, he did GREAT in the crib with no swaddle.
My DS hates having his feet covered, but I would tuck a blanket around his legs so it was tight under his body while his arms were swaddled in SwaddleMe. He usually kicked his feet free...

I swaddled my DD in the RNP unbuckled until 6 months when I transitioned to the crib and switched to sleep sacks.
