Re: What is your 1yr old's eating schedule?

milk in morning at wake up

breakfast- pancakes, waffles, french toast, or eggs and usually a fruit

lunch- meat, veggies, fruit/veggie plum kids smoothie

snack- yogurt and cereal bar or goldfish, or applesauce and cereal bar

dinner-whatever we are eating plus puffs while we r cooking

before bed milk in sippy-prob 8 ounces

sometimes he will eat a snack before bed like fruit if we ate dinner early

Ds is 14 months, but the only chance since birthday is he is on all whole milk no formula and we cut afternoon milk because he stopped eating at dinner

water all day of course

Milk when she wakes

Lately she's been hungry before going to school so I give her a small amount of cheerios or fruit to hold her over to breakfast

Breakfast at 8am - waffles, french toast, pancakes, oatmeal or yogurt with fresh fruit

Lunch at 11am - variety of things like turkey and cheese roll-ups, broccoli bites, spinach pancakes, pasta with veggies, chicken cutlet with veggies, meatballs, veggie burger, etc

Snack at 2pm - yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal bar or cheese stick and milk

Dinner at 5pm - Variety of things again, similar to lunch

Milk again at about 6:30

She also gets cheerios, mum mums, puffs, or yogurt meals after she finishes her meals and in between if she wants it.
