Hi mommies!
We are getting more and more excited by the day! Tomorrow starts my 26th week  and I'm having some serious growing pains of my sides and lower back discomfort. Last week  kicked FH's hand right off my belly, he got a kick out of that, literally!
We registered at babies r us and my sister is having a small shower for us in November! Our crib is all set up with mobile and we've purchased several outfits already, I couldn't resist.
My next appointment is on the 10th and I'll be doing the glucose testing, the lovely orange drink is chilling in my fridge. I think we will talk about scheduling our c/s at this appointment too. Hope everyone else is feeling good!!

My little guy and I are doing well. I just did the 1hr glucose testing this morning. I don't know if it was just due to the cold waiting room or if it was the glucose drink, but I had the shakes. I was expecting the drink to be nasty (it wasn't), but I wasn't prepared for the shakes. I'm leaning towards it being the drink because I had the worst shakes after first drinking it.

I'm actually doing glucose test right now. Drink wasn't terrible, like everyone says, tastes like flat orange soda. I'm just really bored right now, and it's only been 10 min! I sure hope I pass because I definitely don't want to have to do the three hour!
Everything else is pretty good. Hope you all have a great LDW!

I have to do my glucose test on sept 12th. My doc said it should taste like flat coke lol. Do you find out the results right away or do you have to wait for them to call you?

I'm going for my glucose test on Saturday morning, I just have to go to a lab for it and sit there. BOO! I'm not really looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to getting it out of the way.
Oh and I just looked up at the "countdown" and tomorrow, I enter the double digits!! I can't believe that our little girl will be here in approx 100 days, it's so exciting! Hope you're all feeling fine!

Wow, I just looked - 98 days!! Oh my! nancy, I can't believe you are scheduled already, how exciting!
I was supposed to go for the glucose test last week but I didnt have time to schedule it in, and honestly, I am worried for the reslts. Sooo, I am not in too much of a hurry to do it ( terrible, I know). I will schedule it for this Saturday if possible.

so awesome that you have an official due date!!
i passed my GD test (was scared because mom has T2D) but unfortch my hemoglobin is super low due to a genetic trait, so i have to get a transfusion. oh well. hopefully that will give me energy back!

yeah! i am pretty excited.
I had my GD/anemia testing done today, waiting on results - should hear tomorrow.
Sorry to hear about the hGb; good luck with the transfusion, hope you are feeling better soon!

Some exciting things over here -
I am due 12/31 so I am a little 'behind' most of you ladies.
We were on vacation a few days after we found out we were team  so September has been pretty busy.
We ordered the crib and changing table, DH painted the trim in the room, and we ordered a rug.
I can't wait for DH to finish up painting the closets and some furniture this weekend so we can assemble the nursery.
My mom booked a date for my shower and we registered.
I'm so excited!!!!! 
Oh and I bought a few girl clothes that were on super sale - so exciting. I can't wait for my shower to have all the little baby things 
How is everyone else doing? Any nursery photos yet?

I just got word that I passed my Glucose test too! Phew!! that's a relief!!!
Hope you are all feeling good 
Can't believe how fast it's going! I just started feeling kicking on the outside but DH still hasn't felt him! Everytime he puts his hand on my stomach, the baby stops lol. We laugh and say he's playing with us already!

found out I passed my GD test today too! but, I gained way too much weight this month, so I'm a little bummed. I still don't look that big at all, so I have no idea where this extra weight is. I shouldn't be bummed, I know I'm supposed to gain weight, but it's still hard to see the number on the scale!

It's ok I feel the same way I gained lbs in 3 weeks. I have not even started the nursery. We have a ton of stuff in there and it has to go into storage and I hope I can get it done soon.

I actually haven't really done a thing in terms of planning. We are moving on 10/9, so since we didn't want to move extra furniture, have not purchased anything. Well, aside from the glider which should come in mid October.
The thought of moving at 30 weeks preggers is pretty scary, especially in NYC. Hopefully I can maintain low stress throughout and also get my blood transfusion before then which is really key.

Oct 20th! Not a surprise, it's at my house!
And I am a total registry stalker! No matter how hard I try, I can't stop looking, I was the same way with our wedding. Only problem is, people can't seem to find our registry on Amazon, so no one is buying anything off of it. Oh well, what can you do?

Oct 6th in NY (I have to fly in so this will be the last flight for me until after LO arrives) - not a surprise - will be a Villa Russo
I can not wait!
And total registry stalker - I check it at least once a day!
November 3rd in Miami (where we live now) - not shure of where - that is a surprise!
