Urgent care type place in Plainview/Hicksville/Syosset area?
I think I have Pink eye, but since taking Claritin it has gotten a bit better. I want a doctor to check it out today. Can anyone recommend a walk-in place?

A little further away, but I really like Premier Care in Levittown. It's in the shopping center on the corner or Hempstead tpke and Gardiners Ave (with King Kullen, Dortoni's bakery, Starbucks)

They open at 9 today and are great. I think I have an ear infection and will be heading there today too.

I went to the Bethpage Urgent Care Center - right off exit 7W on 135 - across from Zorn's. For the same issue Friday night. Pinkeye! Bethpage Urgent Care Center

There is another pRemier Care in Lindenhurst - on Sunrise & Wellwood by the Outback.

Their is one in Hicksville on Old Country Road in the Delco Plaza.
They are opening a Stat Health in Plainview soon on Old Country Road also by La Piazza.

DH actually just went to the one in Delco this week. He said it was a nice place.

I go to Stat Care, which is the only one around my insurance takes. They are on Rt. 107, south of Old Country Road, in Hicksville.

Second this. They are awesome. I barely go to my primary anymore since they have great hours and are always so good.

I ended up going here because it is super close to me. I was the first one there which was awesome- I do have pinkeye. Boo! Thanks for all the suggestions!

Same here!! Since I work in Syosset and live out east, I usually run into there at lunch if I think I have something easy to diagnose/treat because it is so much easier then getting an appt that works around my schedule at my PCP.
