Registering 2nd Time Around
I had my DS 16 months ago. Everything I have is still new and ready to be used again...
Is there anything special I should be registering for? Do I even need to register?
The only reason I think I might, is just for the coupon at the end... but I don't even know what to put on the registry!
Any help/ideas would be appreciated!!

i'd still register if i were you. i'm sure there's extra things you need. how about:
-- additional carseat
-- double stroller
-- larger diaper bag
-- more diapers
-- more baby shampoo / soap / lotion / etc
also, i'm assuming your DD is still using her crib so you'd need an extra crib or pack n play, not to mention all the extras (mattress / mattress pad / sheets / etc)

My DS is 16mo too and I plan on registering again for my own organization and the completion coupon.

DD and DC2 will be 23 months apart.
I registered just for the completion coupon.
I registered for sheets, changing pad, changing covers, towels, face cloth, nipples, breast pump accessories (I will be renting a pump), a new cart cover, breathable bumpers, diaper pail refills, crib mattress pad, hangers and dirty diaper bags.

I may register just to keep myself organized. I am only 15w, so I haven't even thought about what I will need.

I registered at Target only for my own organization.
My kids will be 2.5 years apart. I put on a convertible car seat, infant medicine & safety/grooming kit, bottle nipples, pump accessories, pacifiers, sheets, new bumper, new changing pad covers, bath stuff, sound machine, extra video monitor, boppy covers, new mobile, new thermometer, bottle brush, nursing pads, lansinoh cream, bibs, burp cloths, cradle sheet set, pnp sheets. I think thats everything I need for now.

I would definitely register for the completion coupon. Since we got a Baby Jogger City Select as our double stroller, there was no way to get a discount (baby jogger doesn't accept any coupons) except for the completion coupon.
Also, I was surprised with a sprinkle and while only one (or maybe it was 2?) things were bought from my list, a few people gave us gift cards for BBB where I was registered and we used them towards the purchase of the stroller.
And then used the completion discount to get everything else we needed.
