Financing for a remodel
I wanted to see what the majority of us do when we have a home renovation to do. We are currently looking into refinance and renovate option with our bank, but we may need a little more than what the bank can give and thinking of other options on how to afford this.
If one of the options below are not the sole option you used to renovate, what combination did you use? (ie: savings and some expenses on credit card or 3rd party vendor with the construction company?)
