how long do you leave milk in a sippy before tossing it
dd is switching over to the sippy and i feel like im throwing sooooo much milk out bc she doesnt drink it all.
ill offer it to her at breakfast and then leave it out for an hour and then toss it. can i leave it out longer?

for me, no more than like 30 minutes. i cannot tolerate thinking about warm milk  but thats just me. I am sure its ok a little longer

Probably about an hour-depending on the conditions.
If its' summer and hot as hellz then less.
And I always do the smell test- I have a pretty sensitive nose so if it smells the LEAST bit on it's way out, I toss it.

Not long...a half hour tops, not even.
For the most part DS sits and finishes his milk. If he leaves a few ounces I kind of gauge it to see if he's actually drinking it or just playing around.
Most of the time he's just playing, so I take it from him.
I get very weary about milk being out of the refrigerator for long periods of time.

guess I'm in the minority... I let it go up to 2 hours and then I don't even toss it, I put it back in the frige. DD isn't a big milk fan so she sips it sooo slowly.

i do this too ... not sure how long i leave it out before putting it back in frige but i do put it back in. DD barely drinks a cup of milk a day
I do however throw out whatever is left in the cup at the end of the day!!

Me too....my youngest does not drink cold milk, so the longer its out, the better tor him

I follow the same rules I followed with BM and toss within an hour of her drinking it. BUT DD chugs milk, so there's hardly anything left over.
