Pediatrician in Garden City/West Hempstead area
Hello all. I am looking for a good pediatrician for my baby after she is born. I'm due May 1st. My ob is in Huntington and I plan on giving birth there but i was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pediatrician in the Garden City/ West Hempstead Area.
I have Empire BC/BS.

I recently interviewed Dr. Accetta in Garden City. Haven't made our final decision yet, but he was very nice, the office was clean and we felt comfortable with him.

Dr. Elisa Rubin comes very highly receomended. She is in Mineola. About 15 min from West Hempstead/Garden City.
We live in West Hempstead and are considering her as well as Dr. Roberto in New Hyde Park. (Also about 15 min from West Hempstead).

DR RUBIN!! She is the BEST!
Voted top pediatrician in long island also. I left a practice near my house and I now drive about 30min to get to her..so worth it!

we use CPEC pediatrics in mineola - all women group.
many friends use Garden City Ped - I would say go with them - Im a teacher and many kids of mine go there!

we use garden city peds for our first and will for our new LO too. LOOVE them all. sick and well waiting rooms. they have winthrop rights so they came to the hosp when DS was born. all of them are so nice.

We use to go to Dr. Accetta but switched recently to Garden City Pediatrics on Stewart Avenue - Dr. Sartori - I have only met him one time since we just switched but I think he is wonderful. He is patient,kind and very very thorough. I am very happy so far.
