BF'ing books?

Hello,

With DS coming this May, I wanted to see if I could pick up a few books on breastfeeding, since I had such a difficult time with it with DD. Something that will give me a better understanding I guess of techniques? if that makes sense.

Any recommendations?

I liked the Nursing Mothers Companion and The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding. I had a few more but can't remember the names. They are currently MIA and I have DH looking for them now that I am expecting #2 in a few months Chat Icon

Re: BF'ing books?

I found the forums at the la leche league to be much more helpful than any of the books...

Def recommend it!! Sign up bec some of the forum are hidden to the general public..

La leche league forums

the moms and LLL woman on there got me through all my newborn feeding issues with DC #1 and bf DC#1 and DC #2 for a year each!

I got a lot of books on BF at the library. I also used Kellymom and La Leche League websites a LOT!
