Feeling dizzy & my Dr's office isn't open yet.
I sat up in bed this morning & the entire room was spinning. I just had a little gingerale & some banana bread thinking maybe I needed a little sugar but so far, it didn't help. Has anyone else felt like this?

try salt...it used to work for me...do you have a head cold? that could make you feel awful

Yup, I feel like this fairly often. I told my dr and she said it's normal. Drink water!
