Chicken soup! I am afraid to even try and make it myself, hers is amazing.
Same. My mom's chicken soup w/matzo balls is delicious. I tried to duplicate it, but it's not the same. She's going to come over and give me lessons.

Her homemade bread. I won’t eat any other “homemade” bread, because people use a bread machine & call it homemade, my mom does the whole thing by hand & it tastes completely different.

Couscous. She makes it so authentic.
I also really like her Sauerkraut with german sausages, etc..
Very hard to find ingredients for both recipes here.

There's more, but I've perfected a lot of my mom's dinner recipes since I love learning to cook. Now I'm working on perfecting my grandma's baking.

My mom is a phenomenal cook but I don't discriminate. I'll try other people's stuff but I may not like it.
She's particularly good at rugelach.
