Man charged with posting controversial pics of child on FB.
A man who posted a controversial picture of his daughter on Facebook is in hot water.
Andre Curry of Illinois posted a photo of his 22-month-old girl tied up with duct tape.
The caption of the picture read "This is what happens when my baby hits me back."
Curry is now charged with aggravated domestic battery.
Curry is also not allowed to see his daughter or use the internet.
Curry's lawyer says it was just a joke.

If you can't see the pic or story, the child is sitting on a couch or bed, face blurred out with blue tape around both wrist and feet.

Perhaps he meant that what he said was a joke. That he didn't hit the baby and that the baby didn't hit him back but he taped the baby up and used that caption as a joke. Of course taping a baby up is no laughing matter. I found the picture online and can post if anyone wants to see it. Its kind of disturbing because the tape is on her mouth too.

I didn't see the picture, but don't particularly want to. I see what you're saying about the joke, but ugh what a moron. NOT FUNNY. And to post it on FB?  I still think he deserves a kick in the nuts.

What really disturbs me is there is another baby on the couch with this kid and the person who wrote this looks very young and wrote it in AWFUL english. Just a sad sad world we live in.

The tape is blue, at first glance I thought it was painters tape. Not saying that that makes it right but I thought I should mention it because of the difference between duct and painters tape.

"The accompanying caption suggested that the girl had been taped up as a disciplinary measure. The deliberately misspelled sentence read, “This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back. ; ).”

Not matter if it was a joke or not, painters tape or not - it is not something I would be posting of FB. This person seems immature and irresponsible. Also at almost 2 years old teaching a child that what the parent is doing is RIGHT. Sorry I don't agree. NOT FUNNY.
