RSVP'S
WWYD the rsvp for DS'S birthday is tom and the kids from school only a handful responded is that the norm? Should i call or just assume that if they didnt call they r not coming.

I'd wait a few days after the RSVP date before I'd call. Do you see them in school? Starting tomorrow, I'd start asking in person anyone you see.
ETA: If it's only a few extra, I do not hunt people down. I'd be sure I had enough food and favors to cover them.

Maybe drop a little note in their mailboxes at school, a little reminder for them to give you a call or email to let you know one way or another.
