New here...
Hello! I just recently got a bfp that wasn't quite expected but we are so excited! I didn't ovulate when I thought I would so I thought I was having an anovulatory cycle... my cycles are very irregular. But I must of ovulated a week late
Anyway... I am just a little concerned because I did have quite a few glasses of wine within a week after we  I stopped all drinking 8 days after BD just because I still didn't have AF.
I know they say you don't share blood but I would love some more reassurance.
Also, I got my bfp Friday night and had mild cramps all day yesterday and a little bit today. Is this normal?

You're fine, don't share a bloodstream with the baby until after 6 weeks.

ditto... and cramping is normal... as long as it isnt severe and accompanied by bleeding

First off congrats! About the drinking, I had way more to drink the week leading up to my BFP than normal. I also had mild cramping during the first two weeks or so. You should be fine.
