Hi Melisa and welcome! I'm not sure I can give you any tips...what kind of a method(s) are you using to TTC? I'm sure if you're more specific then more people will comment with tips or suggestions.

do u know when u r ovulating? thats my first question bc if u r just  at random times that could be the issue
but it can take a while for that bfp to come..i know everyone knows someone it happened to right away but in reality that is not the norm and they just got lucky

Thanks all. Yes I know when I am ovulating. It is isnt easy but I know with patience it will happen.
