just a vent...

Chat Icon is breech at 37w my drs suggested the version but I'm not into it, so the c/s date is set for the 16th this is our first. I don't know what to expect and I know I can't really ask bc EVERYONE is different but I am really really nervous Chat Icon I keep telling myself it will be fine but I get flashes of anxeity here and there and its hard to talk to DH about it bc well it just is. I guess theres no point to this other than to just get it out...thanks for reading

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon This just happened to two of my friends. Unfortunately both didn't turn.

My one friend had the c-section a few weeks ago and she said it was a GREAT experience. She was texting me within hours of the birth and felt great. Her recovery was easy too. I hope you have the same experience (or baby turns!)

Re: just a vent...

Aww joceline I'm so sorry. I had a section with Abby and although it was a bit of a horror I had an amazing recovery was walking 12 hrs after surgery and was feeling amazing. I immediately opted for a section this time around even given my horror story ( later found out I'm not even a VBAC candidate so glad I wanted the section) try not to stress it really isn't all that bad just make sure you have some help lined up for when you get home some regular simple every day things are difficult and you have to remember you had major abdominal surgery so its important to ask for help! Let me know if I can answer any of your questions..

P.s. you seriously look amazing glad I got to see you yesterday!Chat Icon

Ty for the kind words ladies, I'm sure everyone goes through the anxeity and I know it will be MORE than worth it, I'm just a little scared, though hearing some good things helps Chat Icon

Meg, thank you so much, really. You do too!! I cannot believe you're almost 28 weeks! I looked double your size! Ty for saying what you said it means a lot Chat Icon
