My periods are RIDICULOUSLY heavy.. like super + tampon in 20 minutes.. not kidding
OMG me too! It's insane! I am actually having a sonogram on Friday so my OB/GYN can see if there's something wrong!

Carpel tunnel bad in fingers and arms, and nerve damage on my big toe, I cannot feel it! Drives me insane. Stomach digestion is still not right after C.

Tail bone pain - DS is almost 2 years old & I still have very bad coccydynia that multiple docs have told me can't be treated 
This! It hurts every time I stand up.

where to start?
weight hasn't gone back down - stomach still looks pg!
can't really fit into my normal clothes
my wrists and fingers swelled up during my pg and never really went back down
hmm pg brain has turned into mush brain - can't seem to concentrate anymore
I'm sure there are a lot more

i am 6 weeks pp
for the past two days i have pains that feel like contractions lol and the past week i have an urge all day to pee
i am flabby saggy and covered in stretch marks
and i still crave sweets and was not a sweets person before becoming pregnant

I also have a HUGE belly - which was never flat to begin with, but whatever.....
My feet also grew an entire shoe size.

I'm only 11 weeks pp but a lot of things I'm actually happier about:
My butt stayed bigger (which is great since it was really flat before).
My hips are wider (again, great news since I never had a curvy body, I never had an hour glass)
The weight, but it is coming off slowly with proper diet
And exercise
Overall I think I'm happier about my body pp than I was before!
A few annoying things:
I still have a big appetite
I still feel nauseous and get periods of heartburn

I had no idea about the carpal tunnel! One thing that I got was restless leg syndrome. Its not as bad but its def still there

Feet one size bigger
My weight is still up
Bigger boobs (maybe would go away if I lost more weight)
The hair on my head is darker and wavier/curlier
Bladder issues
Lighter / more regular AF
Skin is clearer
I know there are more but can't think right now.

Knee and hip pains and now and then the restless leg thing kicks in.
within 10 pounds of pre-PG weight but breasts show no sign of going back to C cup size.
I have the same kneww pain and restless leg. How weird!

saggy deflated boobs
constant peeing
slight craving for sweets (mainly chocolate)  I hated them pre-pregnancy
Difficulty staying up late (past 11 pm) - this stinks on date night

Definitely my stomach and thighs. They were the only things that got huge when I was pregnant. And my stomach basically went back to somewhat normal size, but my thighs are still huge.. And the fatigue...Still kicking my a$$ 20 months PP..
