I think you're going to be looking for quite a while, unfortunately. Very few homes have an attic that is even remotely liveable. Most are uninsulated (the floor is, but the roof isn't), so it will be 130 degree + in the summer, and below freezing in the winter.
Most don't have any electrical outlets or lights, heating, water, etc.
Basements are often converted, but not a whole lot of attics.

Thank you so much. If I cannot find an attic, I will look for a small room in a basement. But it's difficult, too.
