Do you prop?
After  do you elevate your hips at all? DH was like "I heard that you should prop your legs up or something, right?". I was like  , I thought that was just an old wives tale.
Maybe not? Do you or do you just get up and go about your evening?

it wont hurt if you do that... but its not proven to help either... if the sperm is going to fall out its going to fall out no matter how long you keep your hips elevated... the only bad thing about it is that youre risking a UTI by not cleaning up and going to the bathroom after

I don't.
I've heard that even if you jump up right away all of the healthiest sperm are already on their way up to where they need to get.

I think if you just lay there for maybe 5 minutes it's worth a shot. Just make sure you get up and pee after.

Oh, and I sometimes prop, sometimes I dont. Eh, I dont think it really makes a difference. Whatever needs to get there will get there

I lay there for a little bit. I dont always prop but just hang out for a bit, like 5-10 min. I figured it can't hurt!
