I got my "having a baby" packet from LIJ last night!
I'm so excited to start filling out forms for the baby's birth certificate!

Did you get this packet after you sent back your pre-admissions documents? I sent mine back in December and have not recieved anything back from LIJ? Now I'm wondering if they got my forms? How many weeks are you? Maybe they will send them later..I'm 32 weeks?
