Anyone go to Disney in late Jan early Feb?

How was the weather? What did you wear? How were the crowds?

I've been in mid-late Feb.

It is hit or miss. When we went mid-Feb, there were days we could wear shorts during the day but, it was chilly in the evenings. When we went last year in late Feb, there were a couple of days it was 60 and a couple of days it was in the 40s.

As long as you don't go presidents week, the crowds aren't bad at all. Friends of ours went with their DD who is 3 and she had a great time and was able to meet all of the characters easily.

We've been in late January several times (twice this year) and the weather has been cool but comfortable. Definitely layers, which hopefully you'll be able to shed throughout the day, and pack cold weather clothes as well. We've had a couple of clients who have needed gloves and hats though.

I've been there in January. It was pretty cool some days/warmer other days. There was cold rain for about half the trip. The other half was comfortable (70's...even low 80s). Definatly bring long pants and sweatshirts.

As far as crowds- there weren't alot AT ALL.

we went last feb, a week after winter break. it was very cold and rained 3-4 days out of the week, had to buy towels for the kids one day to use as blankets. zero crowds!!!

we also went the week before winter break about 4 years ago and we had zero crowds and good weather, only one day with lite coats on and only one night with rain

We went in late January this year. We got lucky and were there during the few warm and sunny days they had in the middle of that cold spell. We used the outdoor pool, the sprinkler parks at Disney, it was fabulous.
