We live in VA. Our payment (inc taxes and insurance) is around $1,700. We have a four bedroom, 2.5 bath home.
When we lived in CT, our payment was $2,800 for a home half the size

We own just outside of Charlotte, NC. We pay $1700 per month (includes taxes) for a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath new construction.

$1900 w/ out taxes/ins.
$2700 with taxes/ins. 4 bed 2 bath house with .5 acres on LI, so actually are taxes aren't that bad

For insurance, home and taxes we are just over $4,000 a month.
But we did put over $100k down to make our monthly payments somewhat reasonable.

$900 for just the mortgage for a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch with basement.

1000 rent
6 rooms, 1 bathroom.
I have 3 bedrooms (could be used as 3 bedrooms we don't use it that way currently), dining room, living room, kitchen.
It's a good area.... the landlords home is paid off and they know DH family.

We pay about $2550 excluding homeowners and tax for our 3 bedroom 2 bath home.
Previously, I rented a one bedroom oceanview apartment in Long Beach with one parking spot for $1275/month including gas and water.

750 on rent :) I rent a big 2 bedroom co-op from my uncle in the heart of Jackson Heights. Downside: grew up on LI so I was never used to alternate side parking. It's an issue Mon and Tues. but I can't complain for how much I pay.
