NTTCR: I'm so upset today
I have been super emotional lately, and today marks 3 years since my dad passed away. I had an emotional breakdown at the breast cancer walk yesterday and I just want to sit home and be upset today, but I have work at 8 
Sorry for the pity party. I must be getting my period, bc I am literally a nasty beeotch or a crying mess.

Feeling your pain today. It's the 7th anniversary of my brother's death today and I'm missing him. I usually find that being at work helps because it keeps my mind occupied. Hope you make it through okay.

Its always better to let it out then to hold it in! Sometimes we cant work through things or move ahead without multipule talks or break downs over the same subjects! (specialy one as delicate as yours) but I guarantee you will feel much better after every emotion you must let out. Renewness will come along to stay forever. be strong

I was so depressed about 10 days before I got my BFP. I was crying uncontrollably. It was so bad, I took the day off....
