Q about Zumba and those who are NOT fit!!!!
Assuming first time trying Zumba. Class with Joanne at BUCD and NOT fit.
Will I be in pain the next day?

its more dancing than anything. I dont think you'll be as sore as if you hit the gym for the first time in a long time.

Yes, either tues or thurs mornings I go.

I went on Sunday and it was GREAT!! So much fun!
I wasn't really sore the next day....but I was totally a hot sweaty mess when I left there! Great workout!
And Diana....thank you again for not laughing at me!

I just went to my 1st zumba class....came out a sweaty mess...a little sore the day after. Will definetly go back

I went for the past two Saturdays, and I've never felt so uncoordinated in my life! I had fun though, and got a great workout!
