Seller Fees
If you are selling/ sold your home what fees did you have to pay.
I know about
-the broker's commission
-Attorney fee for the closing
Can you think of anything else? Did anything come up that you were not expecting.
Do I have to pay any taxes on the sale? Lien release fee?
I of course will review with my agent but I am just looking to make sure we don't have any surprises.

The broker's commission is the big one.
Your attorney's fee is another.
The 1% transfer tax is another big one.
There will be smaller town recording deed fees (usually under $100)
Your attorney will likely advise you pay the buyer $500 to waive disclosures (attorney will explain this)
