Vitamins! I would go see a urologist as well. My RE said that a urologist who specializes in Fertility issues should be the first step for a man with issues. Their could be a reason for it, they can find, and RE's are not good at diagnosing it.
Our Urologist told us about vitamins, but DHs count is not the issue. They can tell you what ones he should take.
