Not that it might make you feel better but at one time or another most of us have been where you are and I can say for myself, do you get through it. I'm not always sure how but I do.
are your ILs aware of your issues? If so I can't see them saying anything, unless they just want to be mean
As for your DH, only you two know what you need - for me it was a mini-vacation for me (DH sent me to FL) and then when I returned we had a long talk and really discussed our future goals with IF. Since we are self pay, we needed to. Right now we are in agreement on treatment issues and have decided on a start date together.
As for speaking to a professional, I would check out the Resolve website, they probably have listings or maybe call your insurance company.

Talking is the hard part - I feel like I try and get nowhere - I guess its the difference between men & women
ILs are aware we are seeing a dr, but have no idea we are in the 2WW
I checked Resolve, and they only have drs in the city
