New Baby Belly in Massapequa has one on Monday and Wednesday nights. I have been going there once a week for the past few months. Here is their website:

I did for my first pregnancy @ Prana Pilates and Yoga in St. James. I'm not sure if they still have the class but they can modify moves in the regular class for you.

I've taken and their starting another round at Satya Yoga and Pilates in Mt. Sinai. Melissa is wonderful and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her studio even for just beginner yoga classes when pregnant.

there is a pregnancy yoga in bellmore on merrick road. It is called harmony yoga, i really enjoyed it. The instrucor is great!
