ARGHHHHHHHHHHH......... yes one of my MANAGERS on the phone to CLIENTS says "YOUZE GUYS"
then there says "ESKAROW" instead of escrow.
then the emails are laced with plenty of spelling errors where begining might be spelled benign and an then extra letters thrown in on top of it to really throw you off.

DH actually does it too, sometimes so maybe I should have been the one to bring it up to MIL.
my DH and his family all say swifTer too!!! it drives me nuts!!
