I don't think she's hiding her address. I think she's hiding where SHE lives, so that not every Tom, **** & Harry on the internet can hunt her down.

I am not selling services on this chat, just given, what I think is good advise. I work in Real Estate everyday. You have other members chatting, asking How to find a home for sale before everyone else. Hello, Knock, Knock, Here it is. I am just suggesting why not let everyone know. This is a great place to talk about it.
According to Realtor.com 10,000,000 homes are going to be on the market across the county this year! In suffolk county we have a 15 month supply of inventory. This means if not one new house comes on the market it would take 15 months to sell them all. In a normal market inventory is 4 to 6 months. How are you going to be the shinning star?
Market it to the Hill or give it away? My vote goes to marketing. You may not like everything I say, but I am honest and tell it like it is.

I agree, but on HERE specifically my main interest is the safety of my children! But I agree thats the best way to sell...

Agreed...this way if she ever mentions on her REAL name that she's going away for the weekend, people won't know where the empty house is!!
There are a TON of lurkers on this site and you don't know how much information they can piece together about every single one of us...we all have to be careful!!
