When did you see a heartbeat?
I am going for a sono on Tuesday. Ill be 6w4d. Do you think we will see a heartbeat?

It depends... if you are off by even a couple of days, you may or may not see it. Which is why many OBs will not see you until 8 weeks.

6w4d...but I thought I was 7w4d...if you are earlier then that then you might not see it.

ITA! You may be earlier than you actually think you are, so don't get worried.
I saw mine at exactly 6 weeks because I had to go to the ER, but it took FOREVER for the doctor to find it and it was SOOOOO faint.
At my first official OB appt at 7w2d, the doctor found it easily. GOOD LUCK!

there's a good chance you will, but dont' be discouraged if you don't...every baby is different 
We saw and heard it at 5w5d

My first appt. with the OB was when I was 6w5d. He didn't do a sono at that time. He waited until I was 7 w 5 d to do a sono and that's when we saw and heard the heartbeat. Sometimes the 6 week time is a little early.
