Does anyone else have a hard time drinking their water?
I can't stand drinking water if I am not thirsty, which I know is a bad thing. It is so hard for me to do and I know if I drank the water it would help with my weight loss.
Any tips on how to get my 64oz of water a day?

I'm always thirsty!!! I present a lot for work (and talk a lot) so I drink an enormous bottle of water. Also, my workouts always make me thirsty so I drink a ton of water during and after my workouts.
I know some people like to flavor their water with crystal light packets but I hate them. It does help people drink more water though

I like to add lemon or lime to my water. The extra flavor makes it easier to drink

I also get sick of plain water quickly. I add Crystal Light to at least one bottle of water to add some flavor. It's only 5 calories

Add mint leaves and lemon slices. Let it sit for a few hours in a jug/pitcher, then drain it. It tastes like a tropical drink.
