Mini Living Room Makeover
I decided I was sick of the red, green and some fallish colors in my LR, so I took a pair of curtains that used to be in my bedroom and put them in my LR. I went to BBB today at lunch and bought a few things. I bought thermal panels to put behind the curtains I put up. Our windows are a little drafty, so this helps on really cold days.
I wanted pillows to go with the curtains I put up, but I didn't want to buy yet another pair of pillows, so I found pillow covers at BBB. They are 18"x18" and fit my red pillows perfectly. The covers were only $9.99 each, so for $20 bucks I had new pillows. 
I put some newer decor in the room also. I have small planters in white, so I decided to put some white accents around the room. I also had a faux hydrangea flower that I cut and put into the planter, added some books that had blues & white in it and I was done. I also had two white vases that I put on the floor next to the entertainment center. I have to find something else for the other end table, but I didn't have time tonight.

I already had the curtains which are NOT thermal, so I bought just the thermal curtain that goes behind your unlined curtain. The package was $40 for two(2) - 30Wx80L thermal curtains. Otherwise some thermal curtains can be pretty expensive. But check out JCPenny and see what they have with thermal curtains. That is where I bought my burnt orange pair and they weren't too expensive, but they are also not silk.
