December mommies...

Kourtney Kardashian and I were due the same day and she had her baby!

and Kendra Wilkinson was due 12/25 and also had her baby!

BABY BOY... come on out!

How are all of my wonderful December mommies doing???

A couple questions!

1) When's your next doctor's appointment?

2) Any progress?

3) Any labor signs?

My cousin was due on Xmas (4 days before me) and her baby yesterday.

For me...

1) Next appointment is Friday

2) At last appt was 2 cm dilated and 80-90% effaced

3) Possibly lost mucous plug and/or had bloody show! Also I think I was kind of "nesting" yesterday.... but not majorly.

I'm so ready!!!!

Everyone kept on telling me that I was going to go early since I got so big early on - so I guess I had that in my head the whole time and now I'm due in 3 days and as of my last appt I was still just 1cm dilated with a soft cervix.

I get my induction date on Thursday (unless decides to come between now and then!) I did lose 4-5 lbs between appointments though (I wasn't trying).

I spent Sat afternoon in the ER because I scratched my cornea and almost got admitted because they used a blood pressure cuff that was too tight which gave a reading that was through the roof. I was a bit nervous since it wasn't the hospital I was delivering at and I really wanted to be able to see when I was in labor. She found an adult sized cuff and it was the same as it usually is.

I'm working from home now solely. I was planning on stopping sometime this week but, my boss ordered me home last week. I'm enjoying it - my ankles are actually somewhat of a normal size again. I think that's where my weight loss came from.

I can see again now so I'm ready!

I was due December 9th....and I'm STILL here.

I have a Dr.'s appointment today and a sono tomorrow.

At my last appointment on Thursday i was 1 cm dilated and the baby was in position.

I have been getting mild period like cramps on and off for the past week or two,,,,but nothing major.


I hope none of you go past your due date....because this is the worst! The wait is killing me!

2) Any progress? I have no idea, my midwife (at my request) does not give internals.

3) Any labor signs? I think I have contractions on and off. I have a ton of period like cramps, and I am leaking like a faucet (TMI).

4) Who is your text buddy? Linda is, but I am under strict instructions to text Munchkinfacemama, so who knows who will update.

1) When's your next doctor's appointment? Wed @ 12pm for pre-adm testing and then @ 2:30pm with my OB

2) Any progress? Not since last Wed's appt. Have my C/S scheduled for this Fri. @9:30am.

3) Any labor signs? Lots of contractions and pressure but nothing that is consistent

Hi ladies,
At my last appt on Wed, I was 2 to 3cm dilated and 75% effaced. I didn't think I would make it through the weekend but I'm still hereeeeeee. I haven't really had many contractions. I keep waiting but nothing. I go back to the doctor this wednesday to see hwo the baby is doing and I am scheduled for induction on Friday. Worst case, I have 3.5 days left!!! They agreed to induce me at 39 weeks bcz my body is inducable and with the gestational diabetes, the baby is measuring in the 95th percentile.

Ugh im sooo jealous!!!!

1. Next appointment is Wednesday, I will be exactly 39 weeks

2. No progress (but I haven't been checked since 37 and 1/2 weeks)

3. Possibly lost mucous plug last Thursday, other than that I have just been feeling pressure/cramping (but thats been happening for about 3 weeks now)

I am due thurdsday. I just had a doctor's appt and I am 100% effaced and 2.5 cm dilated. Baby's head is still high. Dr. said I could walk around like this for a couple of weeks. Hmm. I was 13 days late myself. I've definitely been getting cramps. Never lost any mucus plug which should be gone now if I am fully effaced, no? Well I am off to do some squats and bounce on the ball. I really want us to be healthy, happy and home before Christmas. My next appt will be monday for a biophysical (?) and I'll be 4 days overdue then. Good luck december mommies, keep posting!

I am due the 30th, and my next appointment is Friday. As of last Friday, my cervix was softening but I was still fully dilated. But the baby's head is way down. The nasty nurse who examined me 2 appointments ago (who I'm praying is not on call when I go into labor!) told me then, "His head is down but I was able to push him right to the back of your uterus." This was following a very unpleasant internal. *** is she doing jabbing at my baby's head and pushing him to the back of my uterus for???!!! Can't that hurt his soft little head? Seriously, what was the point - I've never heard of that?

I have contractions every now and then but not many and definitely nothing regular. And I'm feeling pressure but no cramping etc. I think I may end up being a January mommy.

I'm due the same day as Kendra--yet I'm still here too. I can't wait!!!

So I had an appt today...needless to say there is nothing going on so much for this baby coming early and I had a sono and they told me "this is a good sized baby" I said what does good sized mean ..they told me 9lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Lord help me
