How do I even have Heartburn right now?!?
I only had a multi-grain bagel with butter and a calm tea from startbucks.
My chest feels like it's on fire. GRRR

Tums has become my best friend this pregnancy. I get acid reflux and heartburn with pretty much everything!

i just had a glass of water and it gave me heartburn.... i have determined that only thing that doesnt give me heartburn is mint chocolate chip ice cream.. such a shame

I totally agree!!
I have heartburn issues from before. Basically my whole life I've had major heartburn issues. Tums and rolaids doesn't do anything for me. but MILK is the best!! It really puts the fire out!!!! I just drink a big glass of milk when I feel the heartburn or indigestion. I don't even like milk... but it's so worth it to get rid of the burn!!

OMG Water kills me!!!!! Its so hard b ecause im so used to drinking ALOT of water & now it seems like the only thing i can drink is Get this... SPRITE! YUCK I normally never even go near soda. But all jusices give me the burn too. So now im sticking with seltzer & a splash of lime. CRAZY!!!

Everything gives me heartburn!!! its so annoying, but I'm glad that sipping milk still works almost every time!
I agree with all above, milk is best for this! Yay for such an easy solution as milk!
