When was your first appt?

and did you see a heartbeat?

My first appt is Dec 8, which I think is my 7th week? However, I am pretty sure that I O late so it may still be my 6th week and I am trying to prepare myself to not see anything substantial and I am also making sure that DH won't freak out as well.


What do you experts think?

I've seen a heartbeat as early at 6 w 2 days.

I was 7 w 5 days and saw a heartbeat.

I was 9w5d, so yea we saw a heartbeat. But, I've seen lots of girls on here in their 6th week see/hear the heartbeat!

ETA: Once you see it, are you going to come out? I mean, I know who you are, but I just want to know if you'll come out.

I was 7W4D and saw a heartbeat. Good luck!!!

My first appt I was around 8 weeks. They didn't do an ultrasound in the office. I has my first sono the following week I was 9 weeks 2 days. We could see the heartbeat blinking on the screen. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, my OB doesn't let you come earlier than 8 weeks.

I saw the HB at 6 weeks 3 days.

My first appointment was at 7w2d and they saw the heartbeat.

However, at exactly 6w I had to go to the ER and they did a sono to check and it took QUITE a while, but they finally found the sac AND saw a heartbeat. So it's possible, but if you don't see the heartbeat, don't worry too much since you'll be so early.

I was 6weeks something saw nothing went back a week later and saw a HB

First appt was somewhere between 5-6 weeks (I was spotting so the dr. wanted to see me earlier). We saw the gestational sac, yolk sac and a speck of a fetus. Next appt was 6w5d and we saw and heard the heartbeat!!

At 6w4d we saw the tiniest flicker of a heartbeat - it took the Dr. awhile to find. I went back at 7w1d and we had no problem seeing it.

I didn't know until the 2nd appt when dr. gave me the exact week and day that the baby was measuring. I wondered when I would find that out too!

i was going by a due date calculator (you can find it online just google) and then my doc confirmed by due date.

I was 6wks2d when we saw it, heard it at 7wks.

I was around 8 weeks (i don't count days cause I have no clue)
and I saw the heartbeat on the sono for sure!
