A&D for any redness
Triple Paste for an actual rash. But we've had the same (tiny) tube for a year and a half

I love Angel Baby Bottom Balm. Also like A&D and Desitin Clear. I don't use it at every diaper change. I do it after poops and at night.

triple paste- its very thick- used it in winthrop- nicu nurses asked for balmex- didnt go away and i picked up triple paste- worked right away!.....
i havent really used it since.he rarely gets red at home.

A&D for every diaper change, Desitin when they've got a rash. I find that desitin works fast on diaper rashed more so than the clear A&D

CVS brand A&D. I use it at every diaper change and we have yet to have any problems. I find that it is not as scented as the regular A&D.

Desitin but I only use it when his bottom is red - not every time with every change.
same here and it clears it up immediately.

DD#1: Triple paste after every changing. Crazy expensive, but she's prone to rashes since she hit 1 year. Bad rashes: she gets Triple paste mixed with Mylanta.
DD#2: Creamy Desitin and at night a combo of that plus Vaseline over it.

Bordreaux Butt Paste...he's never had a hint of red hiney after using it...and the Dr. gave it a big thumbs up.

A&D and neither twin has ever had a diaper rash since I've used it. In fact, the only time they had diaper rash was the first couple of weeks when they came home and I was using the diaper cream the hospital had given me.

I like Aveeno, clears up the red usually within the next diaper change. And if he gets a little red in his thigh creases, I've been using vaseline or A&D.
