Honestly I take them most days, but not everyday.
Sometimes I forget and sometimes I just can't stomach them.
I have Flintstones that I take the days I don't take the prenatals, but even those I forget sometimes.
I have never been big on vitamins. I try to eat healthy instead.

I was taking One a Day prenatal religiously up until a few days ago. They gave me really bad stomach problems (cramps, diarrhea, ugh). I see the Dr. on Thurs. and am going to ask her for a prescription instead of the otc ones.

I take them every day before I go to bed. I take my prenantal and one Expecta vitamin as well.

I take them everyday (every night actually) along with a DHA supplement (Expecta). I've been taking them about 1 month before becoming PG and will continue after L&D because I plan on breastfeeding.
