Okay, well at least someone clued her in that plunging necklines do not work for her on her small, separated bust and short torso.
The color of the blue dress looks fab on her but I think "all the way up spanx" would have helped make it all look awesome (I don't know why I feel bad saying that!).

You are right! That blue dress is NOT flattering on her. Colorwise yes- fit wise NO!!!!

For some reason, she just has a hard time dressing right for her body. The second dress is nice, but that blue one... .. The fit is not good at all.

She needs a damn stylist! She always looks "off" She doesn't have the easiest body to dress, but there are better alternatives than what she wears.

I think they are just small and she is just broad/with larger arms.

The 2nd dress is a little pale for her, but it is the best I've seen her look in a while. It fits her figure much better.
Oh, and her husband looks like a thug.

she does have a very weird body - it must really be difficult to find something flattering. I think she was headed in the right direction with the blue dress, but Wendy's right about the Spanx. And I think a neckline that was slightly lower would look better because there's something about the height of her chest, the neckline and it might even be her hair that makes her look like she has no neck!
