what is chocolate dobash?
I'm filling out a form for a mothers day cake and they have chocolate dobash as a filling option. Does anyone know what that is?

From everything I'm reading, it seems like it's a type of frosting.
ETA: Another source said it's a semi-sweet chocolate.

I just googled it too and from what I am reading it sounds like it's a ganache but with more of a mousse like texture if that even makes any sense at all. Anyway I am sure it's delicious! Now i need to know what it is.
