Vanilla Icing....
Does anyone have a really good home made vanilla icing recipe?

What kind?
I have a good buttercream one!
1 cup of butter (2 4oz. sticks)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar (sifted)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. milk
Beat the butter until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add salt. Slowly incorporate the confectioner's sugar (and make sure you scrape the bowl to get all of it mixed in). Add the vanilla and the milk... VOILA! when you're finished... lick the bowl clean (just kidding!)
also, make sure you don't overmix it.... it's supposed to be nice and thick!
