Level II today.....baby great..mommy not so great!
We are staying on team
The baby looks great! They said the anatomy and everything looks perfect. All this was great to hear and see.
But the tech and the radiologist thought my cervix was measruing short. So they did an internal sono and then wanted to Dr. to see me and do an internal. They said it was measuring 2.7 (doc said it should normally be 3.0)
So the dr. did the internal and said the cervix is hard which is good and seems fine. They want to see me in two weeks for another exam. If the cervix has shortened more then they will have to put a stitch in to make sure the cervix doesn't open!! Not the report I wanted to hear!

Try to hang in therel. Maybe your cervix is normally short anyway? If there is a problem, at least they found it early enough to watch it and do something about it if needed.

My Best Friend had the stitch with both kids and she was fine. You have to do what's best for you and the baby (of course you know that). The procedure took 10 minutes and was over. Hopefully you won't need to get it but good luck.
