There's really no CM that can tell you that you're pregnant.

EWCM can be a sign of fertility.. but creamy CM is pretty common at different stages in your cycle - especially before AF's arrival (although of course it could also be before a BFP). It's just one of those signs that can go either way!

EWCM can be a sign of fertility this is what I went by when I got my BFP. I just checked that. It was 3 days after I had my friend and I had EWCM and we baby danced that night and then again a few days later I had it again EWCM and we did the baby dance again and next thing you know I was pregnant that next month!!!
