Bundle Me's? Moms of winter babies

Im expecting the first week of march, and was checking out the bundle me's. I saw there is the JJ Cole, but it appears to have no hole for the babies head- which means its not covered when you go outside. Then i saw another that zips up the middle with a little hole.
Can you ladies recommend what you have- or why you didnt like the one you had?

I have a bundle me. My first was born in February and loved it since she was so small and was all cuddly warm, plus I didn't go out all that much.

For my second I started using it again last month and I don't like it. She pushes it off of her and then her little hands and face are exposed. She's 6.5 months old, so I can technically put her in a little snow suit... but she's not a fan of those either.

Have you checked out a site called Mama Bargains

They have really nice things from time to time and they had this really nice thing that sat on top of the infant carrier and it was at a discount price...

I have both styles of bundle me's that you mentioned. So far I've used the tradtional one and I take thepart that folds down and pull it up to the infant seat carrier handle this way the wind or rain doesnt affect him. Once I get him in the car or the store I of course take it down

I have the one from Kiddopotamus & Co. that had a small hole for the head. Love it!

I had DD last November and used the Bundle Me all winter. Wish I could still use it.

My DS was born in March and my DD was born in April. I had a regular Bundle Me and a Bundle Me Light. I only really used the light one though. You could always put an extra blanket in with the light one. My DD is still in the infant car seat and I've been putting her in with a jacket, but after seeing the vidoes about winter coats in car seats I think I'm going to switch to the Bundle Me. Although I still use the infant car seat, I hardly ever take it out of the car anymore...too heavy and DD doesn't like being in there unless we're driving. So I will have to bring a coat and put it on when we get out of the car.

I had both kinds and liked the bundle me better. DS felt warmer with that one on. I would just throw a hat on him and flip the "blanket" part over his head, he never minded it, then when we were in teh car/store I would just flp it back down.

Rylan is a March baby. I had the bundle me lite that zips. I used to pull the top over the hood of the carseat when we were outside...worked perfect!

DD was born in February and the Bundle me (water prrof one) was extremely helpful!

DD was a Dec baby and I only used the bundle me with a hat. I would hold the blanket up if it was windy or raining.
