I just bought the Kiddopotomus Posh Pouch in Graphite from Target. I was going to register for it at BRU but all that had was pink and blue and since I don't know what I am having I just bought the other color myself at Target since BRU didn't have it.

My BFF raves and raves about the Posh Pouch. For those that are concerned about something being underneath the baby in the carseat you don't have to worry with this one because it has elastic around the edge and just secures over the carseat and/or stroller. Nothing is underneath. Here's the link to their website if anyone wants to read more about it. Chat Icon

Thanks for posting this. It looks great! I was just saying to DH we're going to have to have something warm for the baby to come home in!

Re: What will you use to keep DC warm in the car?

I used the Bundle Me for my DS born in November. And because I used the Graco System where the car seat just snaps into the stroller frame, I didn't have to remove the Bundle Me at all which was great. The Bundle Me was also great because it kept DS more snug in the carseat esp in the first 3 months.
I also loved that I never needed to put a jacket on him. Whenever we got to our destination, I just had to unstrap him and he was ready.

But I understand your concern about the Bundle Me interfering with the straps.

I used the BundleMe and plan on using it with #2. I might also invest in the BundleMe light, since the baby is due in March and the other might be too heavy. I really liked the bundle me. I did use a blanket at times too.

DD was born in January and we used the Bundle Me. She is like me and always warm so it was nice to dress her in light clothes, but outside she would still be warm enough, but as soon as we got in the car and I turned the heat on, I unzipped the Bundle me and she was quite comfortable.

I'm not sure yet since I've read concerning things too, but being that DS is going to arrive in mid-late November we might still use it. I want to show DH the one that goes completely around the carseat too to get his thoughts.

I feel there are safety concerns about everything it is so scary! Chat Icon

i had the bundle me. I love that thing. I saved it for DD. I didnt have to put a heavy jacket on DS when going from teh car to the store. That thing keeps them warm. And DS never had a cold for the whole winter.

I think I'll probably look into that (in the graphite color). Thanks. Chat Icon

Re: What will you use to keep DC warm in the car?

A heavy jacket is a lot less safe than the Bundle Me. You can't strap the baby in well. The only safe alternative to the Bundle Me is a pile of blankets over the baby. We used the Bundle Me and sometimes added a blanket but it was rarely needed. It was the only add on we used with our carseat. We didn't even use the head rest. If you use the Snap N Go Stroller, you just move the baby and seat into it with the Bundle Me still on. When you get inside, you can zip off the top of the Bundle Me.
