Does anyone have AF type cramps even after your BFP?
I have had them on and off for the past 5 days now. There is no blood, but the cramps can be pretty intense sometimes. Is this bad??

Yup! Had them since 5dpo, and I sti;; get them at 6 weeks. My dr said they are completely normal.

I had them starting at 5DPO and they lasted all through my first trimester. Totally normal!!

It is very common. Your body is adjusting to all the new things happening! I cramped through my entire first PG.

Yep...totally normal. Mine stopped by about 11 or 12 weeks.

I've been getting them on/off for 10 weeks now! I mostly feel crampy at night or right when I wake up in the morning.

Yup, I had them for about 8 weeks
now about every other day
The baby is down below your belly button and everything is stretching so it makes sense
as long as there is no bleeding it is totally fine

Yes! I had them for weeks after I got my BFP. I got them mostly in the middle of the night and they would wake me up. I thought for sure I was going to get my period any second. It's definitely normal to cramp - as long as there is no blood - nothing to worry about! Your body is making room for baby

Yes! I had them from 5 DPO and I still get them occasionally at 14 weeks.

Yes, for the 1st 3 months. I would feel AF was coming and I was having a miscarriage.
