Wisful Thinking

I thought maybe the end was near to this nausea and gagging. Monday morning I felt sick but by midday felt really good and that lasted until almost bedtime.
Yesterday was the first day I didn't want to cry at work. I felt good until about 9pm.
Well today started off great too and about 4pm it hit me like a ton of bricks. I just want to go to bed.
I should have known better than to get my hopes up.

I am the exact same way...i have been so sick lately I can barely function, especially at work.....yesterday was a good day and i thought I was getting better, then today, bam! it was the worst it has been

sorry to hear you are so sick, I continue to battle with the nausea and am almost at 13 weeks and have had it for what seems the entire time, I keep thinking it's getting better and then it hits me, I got sick last night from smelling watermelon
