NC GTG! Come on in ladies! UPDATED!
Ok Ladies...its that time again!
There are so many of us now, but I don't think we all know each other.
I'm thinking of having a GTG either the end of the month or in the beginning of May...not sure where yet, but that can be determined later.
I'd like to have you charlotte ladies to come up here to see us triad ladies! But I guess whatever the majority wants we can do
***UPDATE***
Ok ladies, since I've been forgetful, how about we meet may 10, (since the 3rd is so close already). Since the last two gtg's were in Charlotte, its only fair to have one in our neck of the woods, lol.
The GTG is still being determined...looks like a park!
lets start a count! let me know if your in! and of course if your DH's are coming

not sure yet...but I'm thinking of having it closer to home, since a few of us are preggo and one lady will have a newborn.

OOF. I would do Raleigh over a long weekend, or during the summer, but it's really a hike from here. 
I'm willing to drive up to an hour, though!
ETA: Any of those dates would be fine with me...but if we have it on April 26th, then Mrs.Patticakes could come!!! She's moving to NC this summer, but she'll be visiting the area for a few days during that time!
But if that doesn't work, I'm sure she'll make the next one.

According to google maps somewhere in between High Point and Charlotte is Salisbury. Has anyone every heard of it? It is exactly 49 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and the center of High Point. It looks like an actual town, not a strictly farm and church town.

I'd love to finally meet the NY crew and put faces to names.
I asked DH about Salisbury since he works with some locals and they usually know the scoop on things. He'll ask around and let me know if there's a decent restaurant in that area.

I have been to Salisbury...there is a Lone Star and an Outback...smaller Mexican restaurants.
We went and ate BBQ...grossness...I HATE NC BBQ.
I could make the trip to Salisbury.
In the summertime, we def have to meet in Emily's hood.
After we meet, I can let Josh go in the sprinklers. She has great restaurants.

We got our car wash center back this week!
You hate Carolina BBQ  ! Have you tried Sonny's BBQ (5 restaurant chain in NC), Mert's (Uptown) or Price's Chicken Coop in South End? I tried some really gross BBQ when I first got here but I stick to these two places and so far so good.
